The system has the ability to purchase animals from plants.
The Purchase Order must be created and posted before a receiving can be completed. The receiving farm/plant/cost center will be designated during the purchase order creation. When the receiving transaction is posted, the journal transactions will be automatically recorded to record the costs and post the details to inventory.
There are two types of receiving transactions:
