BIM Spike Male Mapping

BIM Spike Male Mapping is used to allocate spike male costs to BRDR-LAY costs for the period. The option in Registry> Poultry> Broiler Breeder/Layer Breeder/Turkey Breeder> Spiking Male Costs Mode must be set to Expense Spiking Male Costs. The mapping table will then determine which breeder lay entities that the spike male costs are allocated. These costs will be allocated when the period end task 10850 B-BIM Expense Spiking Male Costs or the corresponding task for each suite.

Create Spike Male Mapping

1. In Admin>Business>General>Period End, select BIM Spike Male Mapping.
2. Click to add the spike male cost center.

3. Click on the drop-down to select the required Cost Center No. This will be the cost center where the BRDRM expenses are recorded in the period.
4. Expand the child grid and select the Destinations tab.
5. Click on the drop-down to select the Cost Center No. These cost centers will be the cost centers that will be allocated the breeder male expenses in the period. Multiple cost centers can be selected.
