Sales Accounts Mappings

 

Sales Accounts Mappings are used in....

 

Create a Sales Account Map

  1. In Admin>Business>General>Order Management, select Sales Accounts Mappings.

  2. Select to create a new record.

 


  1. From the Product No drop-down menu, select the product that will be linked to the sales account map.

  2. The Product Name will default in.

  3. Select the Sales Territory No. Sales territories must be created prior to use in Sales Territories.

  4. Sales Territory Name will default in with a description of the sales territory.

  5. Select the Account No. Sales Accounts must be created prior to use in...

  6. Account Name will default in from Account No with a description of the account.

  7. In the GL Account No field, enter a unique code to identify the GL Account. Alphanumeric, maximum 20 characters.

  8. Save and Close the record.
