Parts Categories defines the reason why carcass parts are rejected during the condemnation process. Parts Categories are used in Condemnation Transactions.
Table Name: PmtsCondemnations
In Admin>Business>Poultry>Definitions>Condemnation, select Parts Categories.
Select 
to
create a new record.
Enter the Condemnation Part No to identify the reason for the condemnation.
Enter the Condemnation Part Name to describe the condemnation reason.
Select the Calculation Category where the condemnation will be used. Options are Plan or Farm.
Checked the Alternate Flag will be used in the calculation for alternate weight basis.
Enter a Report Title for the description that will be visible on reports.
Select the Species Type to establishes the species where the condemnation will be used.. Options within the system are Chicken, Duck, Layer, Swine and Turkey. All BIM products will be set to either Chicken or Turkey.
Save and Close the record.
