Technical Advisors or TA's are the location field representatives responsible for a specific set of farms under the supervision of the TA Supers. Reports can be generated by grouping farms and entities by Tech Advisor for statistics and other reporting requirements.

In Admin>Business>General>Definitions, select Tech Advisor.
Select 
to
create a new Tech Advisor.
Enter a unique Tech Advisor No to represent the Tech Advisor (alphanumeric, max 20 characters).
Enter the Tech Advisor Name as a description for the Tech Advisor (alphanumeric, max 50 characters).
Select the Suite ID applicable to the Tech Advisor. This will be used in filters throughout the system to that the Tech Advisor can only be selected for farms and entities for the selected suite.
Select the Farm Type applicable to the Tech Advisor. This will be used in filters throughout the system to that the Tech Advisor can only be selected for farms and entities for the selected farm type.
The Active flag will default as selected when the Tech Advisor is created. If the Tech Advisor is no longer required, de-select the Active option.
Select Hand Held if the user is a handheld user.
Last Sync Date represents the last date that the user synchronized the handheld device.
Save and close the record.
