FMIM OPS Allocation Log
The FMIM OPS Allocation log is generated from the FMIM OPS Allocation
task by right-clicking on the task and selecting FMIM OPS Allocation Details
Log. The purpose of the log is to provide the details related to the allocation
of overhead costs. Any of the following fields can be added or removed
from the displayed view as required.
- Begin Date
- first date of the fiscal period that the log is generated.
- End Date
- last date of the fiscal period that the log is generated.
- Month
- represents fiscal month as defined in the Fiscal Calendar.
- Fiscal Year
- displays the fiscal year based on the defined Fiscal Calendar.
- Company No/ Company
Name - displays the company for the feed mill
- Division No/Division
Name - displays the division that the feed mill is assigned
to.
- Cost Center No/Cost
Center Name - represents the cost center assigned to the feed
mill.
- Journal Cost
Center No/Journal Cost Center Name - represents the cost center
that will be allocated the overhead on the journal transaction created
from the allocation task.
- Complex Entity
No - displays the entity that received the overhead allocation
for feed delivered.
- Feed Mill No/Feed
Mill Name - indicates the feed mill that the overhead costs
were allocated to.
- Customer No/Customer
Name - if the feed is delivered to an external customer, the
fields represent the customer that had the feed delivered.
- Formula No/Formula
Name - represents the finished feed product that received the
allocation.
- Trans Date
- indicates the transaction date on for the journal transaction created
from the allocation. This is dated for the last day of the fiscal
period.
- Record Type
- indicates the source of the transaction for the units allocated.
The field will be displayed as FeedDelivery for feed delivery transactions
and FeedInventory for feed mill ending inventory.
- Units
- indicates either the feed delivery or feed inventory units that
are being used to allocate the costs.
- Amount
- displays the overhead that has been allocated to the feed delivery
or inventory detail line.
