Contract Inventory

The Contract Inventory maintains the available quantities for contracts. As purchase orders are created for contracts, the contract inventory is depleted. Contract inventory will expire based on the following. If any of the following conditions are met, the contract will not appear in contract inventory.

• The total quantity of the contract is allocated to purchase orders

• The expiration date of the contract is exceeded.
• The Closed flag is selected on the purchase contract to manually close the contract.

View Contract Inventory

1. In the Purchase Contract index, select to view the available options.
2. Select Purchase Contracts Inventory.
3. The current date will default, however the date can be modified to view the inventory at any point in time.
4. The Purchase Contract Inventory list will be displayed to display the remaining contract inventory quantity and value. The view can be filtered and sorted as required.
