Product Requisition Inventory

 

Product Requisitions Inventory is a location to view product requisition inventory. The screen is read-only and cannot be modified.

 

View Product Requisition Inventory

  1. In BMTS>BIM>Transactions>MRP>Requisitions, click Product Requisition Inventory.
  2. In the Date dialog box, enter the Date of the requisitions to be viewed. The requisition inventory screen will load.
  3. Profile No identifies the profile.
  4. Profile Name displays a description of the profile.
  5. Transaction Date displays the date of the product transaction.
  6. Required Date displays the date the product was required.

  7. Ref No identifies the product transaction.

  8. Purchase Cost Center No identifies the cost center that purchased the product.

  9. Purchase Cost Center Name displays the name of the cost center.

  10. Purchase Facility Type indicates the type of facility that purchased the product.

  11. Requisition Record Type identifies the type of requisition product record.

  12. Requisition Mode identifies the mode.

  13. Farm No identifies the farm where the product came from.

  14. Farm Name displays the name of the farm.

  15. Farm Stage displays the stage of the farm.

  16. Growout No identifies the growout.

  17. Growout Name displays a description of the growout.

  18. Species Type displays the type of species at the farm.

 

 

  1. Cost Center No will default in to identify the cost center used to transfer the product if the product was sourced from a warehouse or other facility.
  2. Cost Center Name will display the name of the cost center.
  3. Facility Type will display based on the Cost Center No.
  4. Product No identifies the product in inventory.
  5. Product Name displays a description of the product.
  6. Product Type identifies the type of product.
  7. Quantity displays the total amount of units in inventory.
