Egg Room Inventory is a read-only screen that displays all current inventory for the farm.

 

View Egg Room Inventory

  1. In BMTS>BIM>Transactions>Egg Room, select Inventory.
  2. In the Egg Inventory dialog box, enter the Date of the inventory to be viewed.
  3. From Farm No, select the farm where inventory is to be viewed and then click 'OK'. The inventory details will appear. *Note: Expired inventory will appear in a red font so that it is easily identified.

 

  1. Farm No indicates the farm that is being viewed.
  2. Farm Name displays the name of the farm.
  3. Complex Entity No displays the entity number of the farm.
  4. Product No indicates the inventory product.
  5. Product Name displays a description of the inventory product.
  6. Breed No indicates the breed of the product.
  7. Breed Name displays the name of the breed.
  8. Generation Code identifies the generation of the egg product.
  9. Tracking No is a unique identification code used to identify the receiving transaction.

  10. Prod Date indicates the date the product was produced.

  11. Received Date indicates the date the eggs were received at the hatchery.

  12. Buggy No indicates the buggy that the product was packaged from, if applicable.

  13. Buggy Name displays a description of the buggy, if applicable.

  14. Package No displays a unique reference number used to identify the packaging transaction, if the product was packaged.

  15. Package Date indicates the date the product was packed, if applicable.

  16. Projected Hatch adjusts the based hatch percent on the egg age if an egg age decline table is used as well as recent hatch transactions.

  17. Projected Chicks will calculate how many chicks will hatch from this group of eggs if the egg is an HE (Hatch Egg).
  18. Eggs displays the number of eggs in inventory
  19. Price displays the total price of the eggs in inventory.

  20. Unit Price defines the price per unit/egg.

  21. Sales SKU No indicates the sales SKU number if the sales SKU is defined.

  22. Sales SKU Name displays the sales SKU name, if applicable.
  23. Sales SKU Unit Description displays a description of the sales sku, if applicable.

 

  1. Sales SKU Eggs Per indicates the number of eggs per sales SKU, if applicable.

  1. Egg Age indicates the age of the eggs in inventory.

  2. Flock Age indicates the age of the flock in inventory.

  3. WOL displays the number of weeks in lay that the entity produced eggs.

  4. Inventory Date displays the date inventory was last taken.

  5. The Consignment flag will be selected if the product was purchased using a Consignment Purchase Order.

  6. Egg Class No indicates the class number of the eggs.

  7. Egg Class Name displays the name of the egg class.

  8. Category displays the type of inventory egg product.
