Entity Inventory

The Entity Inventory transaction screens are view only and are used
to view the inventory at each entity stage:
This document will outline viewing the inventory at the Brood stage,
which is the same process for all entity stages.
*Note: The Entity Inventory
transactions are only available in version 7.26 and up.
View an Entity Inventory
- In BMTS>BIM>Master
Data>Entity Inventory, select Brood,
Grow, Lay or
Mixed.
- In the Date
Time dialog box, enter the date and time of the inventory
to be viewed.
- Click the OK button and the Entity Inventory
screen will appear with details.

- Complex Entity
No identifies the entity where inventory is being viewed.
- Farm Name
displays the name of the farm where the inventory is located.
- Sex indicates
the sex of the animals in inventory.
Stage
represents the stage of the entity when it is being added to the system.
- GRN indicates
the granularity. Values will be displayed as F (Entity). H (House),
P (Pen).
- Species Type
identifies the type of species.
- Growout No
indicates the growout area for the farm. The growout area groups farms
together for registry, security, and reporting purposes.
- Growout Name
displays a description of the growout.
- Breed No
identifies the breed of the animal product.
- Breed Name
displays a description of the breed.
- Generation Code
indicates the generation of the entity. Available options available
are: GGGP (Great-great grandparent), GGP (Great grandparent), GP (Grandparent),
Parent or Pedigree.
- Flock Age
displays the age of the flock.
- Product No
identifies the product assigned to the entity.
- Product Name
displays a description of the product.
- Animal Type
identifies the type of animal product.
- Progeny Breed
No identifies the breed that the entity will be producing..
- Progeny Breed
Name displays a description of the breed that th e entity will
be producing.
- Progeny Product
No identifies the product that the entity will be producing.
- Progeny Product
Name displays a description of the product that the entity
will be producing.
- Progeny Animal
Type identifies the animal type that the entity will be producing.
- Inventory
displays the number of animals in inventory.
