User Logon identifies the users that are currently logged onto the system and the transactions that the user is accessing.

 

The following information is contained in the User Logon document:

User Logon

  1. In Admin>Systems>Permissions, select User Logon.
  2. The User Logon screen will display all current users who are logged on to the system and active.
  1. User Id identifies the user logged on.
  2. Wks Id indicates the server being used to access the system.
  3. Locking Configuration is used to indicate that the user has records locked.

 

 

Additional Details

  1. Select the child grid  to display Record Locks information
  2. Table Name displays the table that the user is currently accessing.
  3. Record IRN identifies the record that the user has locked.
  4. Creation Date displays the date and time that the user locked the record.

 

Options

Additionally, the Options button can be utilized for further options.

 

 

  1. Click the Options button and select one of the following options:
    1. Request Lock: This option sends a message to the user to request that they log off.
    2. Force Logoff: This option will force a log-off for the selected user. Caution needs to be used when using this feature as it closes the user’s sessions and any work will not be saved.
