User Logon identifies the users that are currently logged onto the system
and the transactions that the user is accessing.
The following information is contained in the User Logon document:
User Logon
- In Admin>Systems>Permissions,
select User Logon.
- The User Logon screen will display all current
users who are logged on to the system and active.
- User Id
identifies the user logged on.
- Wks Id
indicates the server being used to access the system.
- Locking Configuration
is used to indicate that the user has records locked.

Additional Details
- Select the child grid
to
display Record Locks information
- Table Name
displays the table that the user is currently accessing.
- Record IRN
identifies the record that the user has locked.
- Creation Date
displays the date and time that the user locked the record.
Options
Additionally, the Options button can be utilized for further options.

- Click the Options button and select one of the
following options:
- Request Lock:
This option sends a message to the user to request that they log
off.
- Force Logoff:
This option will force a log-off for the selected user. Caution
needs to be used when using this feature as it closes the user’s
sessions and any work will not be saved.
