Attribute Types

Attribute Types are user defined fields  to identify the attribute types for Farms and Houses in each of the suites (BMTS, LMTS, TMTS, SMTS).  Once the Attribute Type has been defined, Attribute Definitions can be created. Attributes will be assigned to the farms and houses which will then default to the entity. The Attributes can then be modified on the entity if required. Note that Attributes defined at the farm will default to the F-F entity. Attributes defined at the house will default to the F-F-H entity.

Attribute Types are used in the following Attribute Definitions:

• BIM/LIM
• BRIM/TIM
• GIM
• SIM

Create Attribute Types

1. In Admin>Business>General>Definitions, select Attribute Type.

2. Select to create a new record.¸

 



 

3. Enter an Attribute Type No to identify the attribute type.

4. Enter an Attribute Type Name to describe the attribute type.

5. The System Flag will be checked if the attribute type is system defined. If the attribute type is manually created, the System Flag will not be selected.

6. Save and Close the record.
