States

States are used throughout the system to identify the state or province where the customer, vendor, farm or facility is located. The State code must be defined before it can be assigned in the system. It is not required, but highly recommended that standard international codes are used to identify states.

Table Name: ProteinStates

Create State

1. In Admin>Business>General>Definitions, select  State.

2. Select to create a new record.

3. Enter a State No to identify the state (alphanumeric, max 20 characters).

4. Enter a State Name to describe the state (alphanumeric, max 50 characters).

5. Save and Close the record.
