The Purpose of Visit is used to identify reasons for visits to farms. These values must be defined prior to Farm Visitor transactions being created.
In Admin>Business>General>Definitions, select Purpose of Visit.
Select 
to
create a new purpose.
In the Purpose No field, enter a unique purpose identifier code.
In the Purpose Name field, enter a description for the purpose of the visit.
The Active flag will be selected by default. De-select the flag if the purpose is no longer valid or active.
Click the 
button to save
the purpose.
